Whether travelling with family, as a couple or on your own, Canada is a diverse destination that offers something for everyone. With plentiful wildlife, friendly locals, Northern Lights viewing opportunities, a fascinating indigenous culture, adventure activities, gourmet food and wine, and stunning scenery around every corner, Canada is must for all travellers!
Such a lot to do in Canada – ask us for specialist brochures to cover tours, car and camper hire, fly-drives or just a flight. We are happy to offer our itinerary planning service for any budget.
Our Canada Specialist, Anneka, works closely with Destination Canada and regularly visits Canada on educational trips to ensure she can enhance your Canada holidays with first hand knowledge and unique Signature Experiences. Here she shares an example of the tailor-made holidays we can create:
For an unforgettable journey, fly into Calgary, pick up your hire car and drive onto Banff and Lake Louise to explore the beautiful surroundings. Whilst here, let us book an evening wildlife safari for your chance to observe native animals in their natural habitat, or how about a horse ride over the Rocky Mountains? Visit the Columbia Icefield and ride on the Icefield Explorer to view the Athabasca Glacier, before continuing along the scenic road for a 2 night stay in Jasper. After your time here, board the iconic Rocky Mountaineer train – the most luxurious way to travel through the Rockies! For that ‘Once in a Lifetime’ trip, we recommend an upgrade to Gold Leaf Service for panoramic views and 5* dining en route. After your overnight stop in Kamloops, re-board your train, arriving into cosmopolitan Vancouver – the city with snow-capped mountains for its backdrop. Stay in Vancouver for 3 nights before catching the ferry (or seaplane!) to Vancouver Island. Explore the island by car or coach, making sure you visit Butchart Gardens and don’t miss out on a whale-watching trip – a must-do whilst in British Columbia! If you have more time, drive onto Tofino for a chance to get close to the Black Bears, stay at a stunning eco-lodge to view Grizzly Bears or board an Alaskan cruise for a spectacular end to your holiday.

In July, our certified Canada Specialist, Anneka, was asked to film the social media campaign for Destination British Columbia with the tourist board, Destination Canada. With a focus on Canada as a summer destination, Anneka visited the Okanagan Valley, Sun Peaks, Kelowna and Kamloops area, as well as experiencing Vancouver in the sunshine.
Check out her blog post on our News page – from horse-riding to cycling into the sunset, swimming in lakes to wine tasting, kayaking to experiencing First Nations culture, British Columbia is the perfect destination for your next summer holiday
